We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team working on Te Tōangaroa, the first tangata whenua urban precinct. This role is critical in maximising the financial returns of the Te Tōangaroa portfolio to support the vision of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei. You will manage key commercial properties, oversee capex projects, and collaborate with external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of masterplan and place-making initiatives. It is a unique opportunity to be a critical player in the regeneration of a high visibility precinct in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s City Centre for the benefit of both Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei and the wider public.
With at least three years of property management experience, you’ll bring strong project management skills and a solid understanding of valuation and property law. You’ll be adept at managing relationships and driving outcomes. A commitment to the culture and values of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei is essential.
