New long-term tenant moving to Te Tōangaroa

 

Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, the central Tāmaki tangata whenua, is delighted to announce the signing of the New Zealand Customs Service as the newest tenant in AECOM House, one of the buildings owned by Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei within the Te Tōangaroa precinct.

The New Zealand Customs Service will occupy space within AECOM House, which has a 5 Star Green rating.

Te Tōangaroa precinct, which comprises of approximately 20 hectares of land in the city centre owned by Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, holds massive potential for revitalisation and growth.

Grant Kemble, CEO for Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa, the commercial arm of the hapū, expressed enthusiasm about the long-term partnership with Customs, "We're excited to welcome Customs as tenants and look forward to fostering a strong relationship with them as they become part of our community.”
