Members are able to opt-out from Toi Tupu at any time.

How do I opt-out of Toi Tupu?

Complete the opt-out form or send us an email at [email protected]
You will need to provide your:

Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Date of Birth
Address
A copy of your driver’s licence or passport

If you are opting-out your children:

Your Children’s Full Names
Their Dates of Birth

Tell us that you wish to Opt-Out, (and verify you are authorised to opt-out your children if doing so).

What does opting-out mean?

If you choose to opt-out of the Toi Tupu scheme:

You will no longer receive distribution payments from the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Trust under the Toi Tupu scheme.
The Deposits already made under your name will continue to be yours.
Your Deposits will continue to earn interest
You can still withdraw your Deposits as normal, subject to the Toi Tupu Trust Deed.
