The purpose of Kāinga Tuatahi has always been to provide an opportunity for Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei members to own an affordable home on the papakāinga.  With that in mind, the Whai Rawa Board of Directors have decided to provide mortgage finance to enable approved borrowers to fund the purchase of a Kāinga Tuatahi home as they become available for resale. 

Whai Rawa does not currently have any homes under construction or for sale in Kāinga Tuatahi. As they become available, we will send information out to all members of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei to apply to purchase.
